One of the remaining e-wallets choices for U.S. online gamblers, ePassporte is having serious delays with activating accounts for the new users. Unfortunately, new account activation can last up to 3 weeks.
A Casino City reporter signed up on January 15 and was told that it will take a maximum of seven days before his account will be active. As a plus the customer service department published a statement on the ePassporte website.
It said that due to the very high demand and the big number of emails all answers via email or calls may be delayed.
They also apologized for the inconveniences and promised they will do their best to fix this problem as soon as possible and that the mails and calls will be answered in the order they are received.
