Short Description. Objective
Gambling is divided into 2 halves, 1st half Regular Play and 2nd half Bonus Play. The object of the Regular Play is to obtain winning reel combinations, to score goals and guess the winner.
You can bet between 1 and 5 coins on each of the 3 paylines, for a maximum of 15 coins bet per spin. The number of coins bet helps determine the amount you will win in the Bonus Round. Here, goals are scored rapidly, multiplying your winnings many times over.
Regular Play
When you first start the game, select how much you want each credit to be worth from the displayed options. After Betting, you have to choose Red or Blue (Team Pick Bonus) as being the eventual winner. Click on the jersey of the team you predict will win. You can change your option as often as you wish before the 3rd goal is scored during Regular Play.
Then, press the Spin button to spin the reels. After every spin, you can change the number of credits bet on any of the lines. In addition, if you want to see all possible winning combinations and payouts, just click on Pay Table. Here, you will see the payouts for the current coin value you are betting with, and you can use the arrows to view the payouts for other bet amounts.
Getting Goooals!
Each symbol is given a certain number which will establish how many points you obtain if you get a goal with that symbol. You score goals by getting the GOOOAL! symbol on the 5th reel (see the Regular Play image above). The goal is worth the number of the reel symbol on the 4th reel which is on the same line as the GOOOAL! symbol.
When 3 goals are scored, the 3 Bonus Points are added and carried into the Bonus Round (2nd half Bonus Play). So, scoring the 3rd goal triggers the Bonus Round.
Bonus Play
After the GOOOAL! symbol is hit for the 3rd time, it triggers a Bonus Round. This round determines which team will win, or if a tie will occur. In the Bonus Round you click on balls which are either goals or misses for Red or Blue. When a whistle symbol indicates game over, the payout is calculated, according to which team won and how many goals were scored.
Team Pick Bonus
As mentioned before, you can make your prediction as to which team will win, and change it at any time up until the 3rd goal is scored and the Bonus Round begins. You get a 2x bonus if you pick the winning team, or 3x if it's a tie (you can't actually bet on ties). If the team you picked loses, you still win the amount of your Bonus Points.
Gaming Options:
- Display Quality: you can change this to Low if you are experiencing slowdowns in play because of your computer's processing abilities.
- Sound FX: this turns the game sounds (like the cards snapping into place and beeps when you click on the buttons) on and off.
- Load Ambient Sound: this will turn on the sounds of a normal casino, such as people talking in the background (these sounds are very quiet compared to the other sounds).
