Daniel Negreanu Promotes I-Play Gambling Applications

I-play, the mobile entertainment company is dealing with poker champion Daniel Negreanu to promote its new mobile entertainment poker products. The company wants to launch the world's fastest growing game on mobile by the end of this year.

According to Nielson Research, more than 40% of poker players are aged between 21-49 years old, an age profile that provides a perfect fit with the mobile gaming target. The study also shows there have been a 370% increase in tournament play and a 60% increase in live poker action over the past year. Having such a support, I-play wants to bring on the market the most innovative and compelling streaming video poker application and poker mobile game available in the mobile space.

Together with the company's strategic move into the broader mobile entertainment space, I-play made an arrangement with Daniel to create 'made for mobile' streaming video clips which will set free the potential Texas Holdem champion that lies in every player. Daniel was the center of more than 100 clips at the Venetian Hotel & Resort in Las Vegas. He presented the basics of the game and other issues such as a tournament, no-limit strategy, tells/bluffs to Hot Tips.

The collaboration between I-play and Daniel moves further on as they are creating a new generation of mobile poker games. The Artificial Intelligence would be tested against Daniel and will be therefore the most sophisticated AI available on the market.

Daniel Negreanu has been consistent poker winner. He succeeded in more than 35 worldwide poker tournaments. He also was one of the most visible poker stars which appeared frequently on the Travel Channel, Fox Sports Network, Game Show Network and ESPN. Additionally, he wrote the book Hold'em Wisdom for All Players and was co-author to Doyle Brunson's book Super System 2. He didn’t stop writing and now appears as a regular poker columnist in Card Player Magazine.

From 1998 until 2004 Daniel held the title of the "youngest World Series of Poker (WSOP) champion". In the last year he played 11 final tournament tables, won two World Poker Tour (WPT) events and obtained his third World Series of Poker bracelet in Limit Hold'em. Also, he was awarded with titles such as the "2004 Card Player Magazine Player of the Year", "2004 ESPN World Series of Poker (WSOP) Player of the Year", and "2004-05 World Poker Tour (WPT) Player of the Year".

Tournaments winnings of $9.6 million dollars place him among the top three poker players worldwide in terms of earnings.
