ILTS and PGMC Signs Contract

International Lottery & Totalizator Systems, Inc (ILTS) announced today that the corporation has signed a deal with Philippine Gaming Management Corporation (PGMC) for a complete online lottery system with the purpose to replace the ILTS system installed in the Philippines in 1995.

ILTS is expected to provide a new Data Trak on-line gaming system and approximately 2,000 new Intelimark FLX terminals. Also, ILTS will make available a number of services, including installation, training and software maintenance.

ILTS President and CEO Mark Michalko declared that "ILTS is devoted in helping customers develop by providing world-class lottery solutions. The Data Trak system's flexible open architecture will allow PGMC to take advantage of supplementary distribution channels in the future, and other open third-party business solutions."

PGMC will provide and operate the system under an equipment lease contract with the lottery operator, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.
