Littlewoods Betdirect launches ISWI's SportXction(R)

Systems Worldwide Inc. makes public that it's wholly-owned subsidiary Global Interactive Gaming Limited ("GIG") signed an agreement with
Littlewoods Betdirect witch is part of Sportech PLC. This agreement will provide for GIG a part of the wagering revenue

Littlewoods will incorporate ISWI's SportXction(R) a play-by-play sports betting system and they plan to launch it in October. In addition, both companies continue to evaluate the use of SportXction(R) across Littlewoods Betdirect's existing mobile phone and interactive television platforms.

The agreement is for an initial 12-month term and Littlewoods Betdirect will make available the SportXction(R) system for all of the currently available sports of football, cricket, golf, tennis, rugby, basketball, snooker and darts.

GIG will furnish the technology and operate the system, and Littlewoods Betdirect has committed to a series of marketing initiatives to advance the product and will be responsible for first level customer support and processing customer financial transactions.
