Man dies because of explosive device near Vegas casino

A man died on Sunday as he tried to remove an explosive device from the top of a car. The car was located in the parking garage of a casino. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital, minutes after the explosion.

Bill Cassell, police spokesman said that the person who was with the victim escaped without a wound from the incident. Police said that the man was the target of the explosive device, but it wasn't a mob hit or a terrorist one.

The man worked at a business inside the Luxor hotel-casino. The victim and the attacker are still unidentified, but the hotel's surveillance tapes are being watched for clues.
