YouTeller's Launch Delayed
By Daniel Michaels, May 7th 2007Because of legal troubles YouTeller decided to delay its launch, which means that poker players and online casinos will have to wait a while for a new payment option. Some legal troubles were the reason for the delay.
The owner of YouTeller, Seed Capital Ltd. has had some legal problems with NETeller Plc. NETeller demands YouTeller to stop conducting business with that name because the name resembles their brands too much ,and customers might get confused.
The Seed Capital spokesman, Florian Schweitzer said that both parts will have to gain if the names do not resemble each other. The legal situation will be made clear by Seed Capital. The company will have to introduce a new online payment system if the situation can not be clarified.
Now that the World Trade Organization decided against the US's stance on Internet gambling, the legal situation will be clarified sooner than later. Schweitzer said that it’s just a matter of time until U.S customers will be able to transfer money to gaming companies.
YouTeller is waiting for the situation to clarify further and they do not want to take over another company - they want to stick to this form of money transaction. He also says that their current company is perfectly created and that they can confront any situation.
