The three existing Delaware pari-mutual track facilities have coin-operated slots and video lottery terminals permitted under 1995 legislation. Under the control of the Delaware Lottery, the first machines were installed December 29, 1995. The VLT's include slots, video poker, video keno and video blackjack. Delaware VLT's, unlike most state VLT's, pay out in cash. The minimum gaming age is 21.
