A Global Online Casino Survey is Taking Place

Beginning this week, the eCommerce and online gambling Regulation and Assurance has begun a global survey of online casino players' behaviors and attitudes. This could very well be one of the largest research initiative of its kind. This particular survey needs players to voice their opinions and express themselves, when speaking of their experience at the online casinos.

The results of this survey will be used by eCOGRA to get a better understanding of players' needs and concerns in the online casino world. The factors that make a rewarding and safe online casino experience are not quite clear however eCOGRA plans on being efficient in their survey and address most, if not all of the aspects involved.

The survey will cover areas such as poker, casino, player protection, responsible gambling and luck, and it will be promoted with the help of some leading software providers, operators of online casinos and portals, together with eCOGRA's own contact database.

eCOGRA’s purpose, is to maximize participation in order to get clear answers. Also it is believed that results will give online casino gamblers and organizations a better knowledge of how the gaming industry has developed and where it might be heading.
