Global Interactive has a new Contract with Ladbrokes

Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc. declared today, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Interactive Gaming Limited has signed today an agreement with Ladbrokes eGaming Ltd. Ladbrokes eGaming which is a part of Ladbrokes plc. GIG and will offer software and services in order to permit Ladbrokes to offer integrated play-by-play betting when a sporting event occurs.

The betting markets will first start on the internet, and after which, they will be offered through mobile phones and television. By the power of this agreement, GIG will be provided with a share of the wagering revenue. There will also be an multinational part to the project, as the markets will be offered in multiple languages, and wagers will be accepted in multiple currencies.

GIG is using the SportXction(R) System, which was developed by ISWI, in order to direct primarily short-term, play-by-play oriented, betting opportunities throughout a live sporting event. The duration of the agreement is for 18 months term from launch and covers most of the sports GIG at present has available, including football, cricket, golf, tennis, rugby, basketball, American football, snooker and darts.
