New cash access solutions for the gaming industry
By Joni Hawk, Jan 22nd 2007Money Centers of America, Inc. (MCAM) is a financial technology company that provides single source full service cash access services in the gaming industry.
The company offers new cash access services by continuing to develop solutions and systems that remove barriers to a gaming operators profitability. They launched several new services in the last 2 years, such as ONSwitch(TM) Transaction Management System, CreditPlus, Cash Services Host Program, and the Omni Network(TM) that have helped to differentiate their product offering in the marketplace.
In January 2006, they launched ONSwitch(TM) Transaction Management System that allows a gaming operator to leverage existing infrastructure to internalize the delivery and operation of cash access services, retail merchant card processing, automated ticket redemption, and player's club redemptions.
Money Centers of America, Inc has renewed a multi-year contract with one of its existing Native American casinos by providing the casino with the option to convert to the ONSwitch(TM) Transaction Management. This means casinos will license this technology so they can operate and maintain their own cash access services, including the addition of their merchant card processing.
Chairman and CEO of Money Centers of America, Chris Wolfington said that: "The economics are too compelling for gaming operators not to embrace ONSwitch(TM) and consider eliminating third-party vendors by internalizing cash access operations in order to generate additional revenue and profits, especially when these operations are virtually identical to a gaming operator's core competencies,"
