Playtech is now a Member of the RGA Association

Playtech's gained membership after it acquired a Certificate of Prior Approval from Alderney, one of the third biggest Channel Island, and its triumphant migration of Hard Rock Casino, approved in Alderney.
In order to be eligible for membership, software providers must be approved directly or to offer their product to at least one remote betting operator who is licensed and operational in the European Economic Area (EEA), Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
The RGA, started its activity in the summer of 2005, after the merger between the Association of Remote Gambling Operators (ARGO) and the Interactive Gaming, Gambling and Betting Association (IGGBA), and it is an organization that represents and works for the benefit and service of remote gambling operators from in the areas mostly in which their members have an interest. Besides from representing members' interests to national governments and public bodies, the RGA also wants to give confidence to high standards of probity and integrity within the betting and gaming industry, both for the advantage of its members and the public in general.
Playtech's Marketing Director declared: "Here at Playtech, we are very pleased with our new association in the RGA. Their work is priceless to the gaming market, and we belief that they can stand for our interests to regulatory authorities."
