The company intentions are to come closer to their European customers that are constantly growing. Also, in support of this plan, the first decision they took it was the transfer of their head offices from Canada to Dublin.
Following these movements, the company declared that it is expected that a new company with a new name, 'CryptoLogic Ltd', to be listed on the TSX, NASDAQ and UK Official List sometime this month.
