The Dispute Between CasinoWebcam and HGN is over
By Joni Hawk, Aug 24th 2006SAN JOSE, Costa Rica: CasinoWebcam and Home Gambling Network have finally announced that they have managed to settle their long dispute concerning the rights and conditions of CasinoWebcam in the U.S., according to the patent number 5,800,268.
We cannot disclose the terms of the settlement, as they are confidential. Nonetheless we can say that under the terms of the firs agreement, CasinoWebcam is allowed by rights of license to use CWC software and services and also to sell CWC software and services to potential third party licensees.
According to the agreement, Home Gambling Network is entitled to retain every right to its patents and intellectual property except the ones mentioned above.
