"The location of the casino would be at the Dairyland Greyhound Park and its estimated costs around $808 million that is only if the suggestion makes it to the governor and is approved. Besides this, Doyle would be given the proposal after the November election if he were to win."

"Kenosha businessman Dennis Troha, is one of the investors of the proposed casino, who has been trying for 10 years to build a casino in Kenosha."

"The whole Troha family was the top individual contributors to Doyle's 2002 election campaign with $71,500."

"Besides the money received from Troha, Doyle also was given $20,000 from employees working at the Connecticut based Mohegan tribe and its casino, the Mohegan Sun, this being partner with Troha for the projected Kenosha casino, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel"
