In Ontario, according to the Detroit Free Press: "The proprietor of a Saginaw security corporation has been accused in federal court for paying a $100,000 bribe to a Casino Windsor official to get a $2.6-million security contract."

"U.S. and Canadian forces, are also trying to find out if Brian Joseph Berg, the owner of the company, APS, if after he made the bribe, he continued to bribe some officials, in order to obtain other such contracts in Ontario."

"Investigators also were tipped that Berg paid $5,000 to an official at the Victories Casino in Petoskey in order to obtain information and to be able to underbid competitors there and that he paid a $60,000 bribe to an official at the New Jersey Transit Authority to get hold of a security contract for the Secaucus Train Station."
