WagerLogic & UKbetting Renews Contract

The European sports content and betting company extended their contract with Wagerlogic, a subsidiary of CryptoLogic Inc. Under the renewed agreement, Wagerlogic will continue to provide for UKbetting the internet poker software solely through to 2009 and the casino software until 2008.

The poker software offered by WagerLogic will also be part of the UKbetting’s single electronic-cash wallet, to boost the cross-marketing opportunities.

CryptoLogic is the leading software provider to the global internet gaming industry. Lewis Rose CEO of CryptoLogic declared “We are pleased that UKbetting showed they are still interested and confident in our award winning Internet gaming software, particularly benefiting from the liquidity of our poker network," Mr. Lewis added “this is a winning combination to generate the highest returns”.

WagerLogic is in charge for the licensing of its gaming software and services to consumers worldwide.

CryptoLogic stock rose by 83 cents to trade at $24.40 on the Toronto Stock Exchange Tuesday afternoon, a 3.52 per cent gain.
