Winner of 1st SA Poker Open

The prize pool was of $2 million, and more than 100 players participated. Vilela went heads-up against Danny K, who had the chip lead for a moment but couldn't keep the advantage.
The final table last eight hours and it was filmed by a movie crew. Kenna James and Robert Williamson III were the hosts of the tournament, in which competed pros, amateurs, and Internet qualifiers.
Ryan S. from United States was one of the Internet qualifiers. He had a great time even if he didn’t get to play for too long. He said that South Africa was great and that next time, he would bring his family too.
